TURKEY DAY

Nov 25

Well tomorrow is Thanksgiving. Can you tell I can’t wait? I am so not looking forward to cooking this year. I should be downstairs chopping veggies and prepping whatever I can to make things easier for tomorrow. But I don’t wanna, so I’m not gonna! I hope everyone in this house realizes that they are so chipping in to help this year.

Sara has been here for the past couple of days, but her mother is picking her up in the morning so we won’t have her for dinner. We really don’t get to see her that often anymore. I forget how crazy and loud this house can get by just adding one more child. I have been letting them run ramped for about an hour now, hoping that by the time Angus gets home tonight they will have it out of their systems.

Angus doesn’t push his ex too much any more about his visitation time. Which makes me kind of sad to tell you the truth. His ex is the kind of person that doesn’t like to be committed to set times. Or even days if she can help it lol. She likes things at her convenience if you know what I mean. He also knows how much crazier it can get in the house when she comes over for any length of time, and feels bad that he is at work and I am left to mind the troops. Which really I don’t most of the time. Things are a little different when she is here I have to say. I mean rules are a little different. Some good, some not so good. It will be a sad moment in this house come 10AM tomorrow, cause we never know when we are going to see her again. It could be weeks or even months.

Well it’s time to get the kiddo’s in their pj’s and settled down before Angus walks into the circus that is in our house.
