SURE SHE'S SICK!
Zoe is home sick today. Ya, real sick. So sick that she just had to try on her Halloween costume and model it for me. So sick she ate a whole Marie Calendar’s chicken pot pie, and then a fudge bar. She is getting her tush to school tomorrow!
It’s Angus’s only day off. And I bought champagne. And I plan on drinking it. With NO children home (you know champagne makes one a little frisky) sick! Usually we have it on a Sunday, when he has one off that is. But seeing how the dear old EX has taken a walk on his children, we have them 24-7. Which is killing my Sunday champagne and sex ritual. So we have decided that when he has Tuesdays off we will pretend it’s Sunday.
I think if he comes home today and tells me he is going into work I will just go over the edge. He has been working all but one day every two weeks, and it’s getting to me. I plan on turning off the phones and the answering machine is going on mute so no one from work can call him. Of course I will check it to make sure there are no calls from school nurses,the paranoid mommy that I am.
