Spell Check For Fire Fox!
Yeah! I finally found the spell check I was looking for my firefox browser! I am soooo excited. I was so tired of the copy paste thing I had to do with every blog entry. My spelling sucks, I have to admit it. A lot of it is pure laziness lol.
Not much going on around here this weekend. Angus has to work 13 hour shifts until Monday. So just me and the kiddo’s. We did the “Hurry Up And Wait” thing all day yesterday at the VA hospital. My suspicions were right about Angus’s leg being a circulation problem. So we have a few more appointments scheduled for next month. But they pretty much told him that he HAS TO STOP SMOKING.
This should be fun. He stopped for almost 24 hours several months ago, until he had is nightly cocktail. That did it in for him. And there is no way he will give that up! So we are going to some smoking sensation class they offer. I guess they can prescribe an anti depressant if you want one. Hell ya, they better give it to me! Not that I think I will have so much a hard time with the actual quitting (I used the patch in half the time it recommended years ago and really didn’t have that much of a hard time that I remember) it will be the stress of Angus quitting that I will need it for LOL!
I think what helped me out most was that I stayed away from things that would trigger my brain to want one. My computer (I will miss you for a few weeks) but will probably blog anyway. Talking on the phone for more than a few minutes (which I rarely do anymore anyway). Friends that smoke, or can’t hold out for the time I am with them for a couple of weeks. And having a glass of wine, that is really the big one. I love having wine with dinner a few nights a week. Usually the nights that Angus is home and we can have dinner together as a family.
Oh my gawd, I just realized. As I type this list I could go on and on. But I guess other than morning coffee, those are the big ones. Maybe if I can do the patch and the drugs it won’t be so bad!
Well off to the book store. Sophia needs Taming of the Shrew for school. I think I will take all the children with me so that I won’t spend hours in there and come out broke. Um, re- thought that. They are all as bad as me when it comes to book stores!
