Stopped by the Dunkin Donuts drive-up squawk box to order a fresh brew this morning.

DD: May I take your order please?
Me: Yes, could I have a large coffee, cream only, please?
DD: That’s a large regular?
Me: No, a large coffee with cream, no sugar.
DD: So, that’s a large regular with extra cream?
Me: No, I’d like a large Regular WITHOUT the sugar.
DD: Oh. That’s a large with just cream?
Me: YES!

I drove around and picked up the coffee. It had sugar in it.
