I’ve mentioned the photoblog, Straymatter, before. The proprietor is my favorite photographer on the web. Something about his photographs always connects with me, often in unexpected ways. The text he offers with his photographs is as thoughtful and perfectly composed as his photographs.

This particular street scene rivets me. Wouldn’t you love to know the story behind it? Would it fill a book or just a paragraph? The look on her face leads me to think it’s a book length story.
