The Culture of Life

That would be the current talking point for the party in power. Every time I turn on the television or the radio, I hear the phrase worked into a discussion of whatever the current news cycle is going on about.

What is a Culture of Life? It seems to suppose that there is a group of people who are pro Culture of Life (the good guys with all the morals) and then there are the rest of us who hate life, love death, and have no moral values whatsoever.

I really resent that. It’s grossly offensive.

So, in keeping with my offended status, let me rename The Culture of Life:

The Repressive Culture of Fundamentalist Propaganda.

Pissed off? Oh no, not me.
