Stepping out to learn something new

It’s been a busy couple of days here. I have more going on than I know what to do with. Anyway. Still here and I’ll try to post something interesting tomorrow. Just because I’m not saying anything doesn’t mean my mind isn’t revolving at warp speed. I have a quiver full of poison arrows.

Meanwhile, my first stained glass class starts tonight. We’ll see how long it takes to slice my fingers. I hear that’s part of standard operating procedure for those learning the craft. I look forward to this and hope that I’ll be able to turn out something nice looking before the end of the class, toward the end of November. Who knows...it may be the start of a delightful new hobby/skill/art. I’ve always wanted to learn how to make stained glass thingies. I’d like to be good enough to eventually make a craftsman style lampshade. Well, I can dream.
