Spring is official

I smelled the ocean, this afternoon, for the first time since autumn. It’s official now. Spring really is here. No matter what old mother nature throws at us now, spring has barged through the door. She’s staying.

In unrelated news…

Google is mining my site for images for all it’s worth. Nothing I’ve tried, so far, has stopped it. I’ve tried banning the googlebot from my image directories using the robots.txt file, but it ignores it. Which is pretty crummy robot etiquette. Anyone know of a tried and true method of keeping the googlebot out of specified directories?
