This is a normal, everyday binder that kids use in school. However, this is one of those special requirement binders that one teacher wanted his students to have. It’s a 4” binder, which is huge and not regularly stocked at places like K-Mart or the local CVS or Walgreens. No, we had to go to Staples. And this simply constructed binder, made of cardboard with an average vinyl cover, cost a whopping $17.99. Is that an outrage or what?
