Countdown Clock Codes

Well it most certainly won’t be over. Hopefully it will just start to get better. I think I lot of people think that it will. Poof, just like that! And then be disappointed and start ragging on the new Pres, just like they always have.
He has a long road ahead of him, and I wish him luck, and hope us spoiled, whinny Americans just give him the chance to get some stuff done before we start beating him up to much. I think he has a little longer than the last few presidents did as he is a democrat. And its usually them that start whining first in the past. Sorry, but just saying lol.

GW still has 6 days left to destroy the rest of the world. In six days that nightmare will be over. I hope he goes away. Far away. And stays away. And nobody wants to publish his book, either.

In case you’ve missed it, the “liberal” media have already been ragging on Obama. Not to mention the Republicans in Congress who are already making obstructionist noises. He’s not going to have much of a honeymoon.

LOL, I haven’t been paying much attention to them. Been kinda preoccupied that past month or so. They could at least let him have his honeymoon for petes sake.

The Village knows all, and it needs to get him in line early.

Kate, I borrowed your clock.

I like your choice, Linkmeister! Funny how we’re going for the horror factor. ;) I’d like to replace our Village with the European one. If I want to find out anything, I have to read it in the foreign press. They still practice journalism.

I stole it too.  Stayed with your skin—and really, how could one possibly choose anything other than horror/Halloween?—but tweaked the colors and the message.

Next Tuesday will be a happy, happy day.  Particularly for my nephew, who turns 15 that day.

15?!? My goodness, wasn’t he just a little boy...a very short time ago? I am sure he was.... What a nice birthday present!

There were a couple of cartoon figures that might have worked...Dumbo for one. But the Halloween figures definitely express the horror of the last 8 years!

It will be ever so wonderful to go to sleep on Tuesday night knowing that the Moron and his Evil Sidekick aren’t in the White House any longer.

Am trying to figure out how to put this on my Facebook page, but since I am a super dummy, am not having much success!! ;) Love it!!

Well, there are only three days and a few hours left. I’d like to find some fireworks to post on Tuesday afternoon, but haven’t really looked yet. Seems as if I should do something noteworthy for such a momentous occasion. I wonder if the mood of the country will change on Tuesday. As if a monstrous weigh has been lifted off our shoulders. Things still won’t be very rosy out there, but at least we won’t have to be additionally beaten down by that nasty, joyless crew. Dubya still thinks he’s a hero, though. Fool.
