New England weather forecasters may be feeling a little bit beleaguered at this point. They keep sending us rain and we don’t want any more. I had this feeling after I read a weather blurb this afternoon: Saturday—Periods of rain, heavy at times early, then likely tapering to scattered showers and downpours during the afternoon....

I don’t know why, but that made me laugh. He’s trying so hard to put a positive face on crummy news.
