Looking better

My pot full of pansies looks much better this week. I think they would be a lot happier if the sun would come out and temps would make at least a half-hearted attempt at summer. For that matter, so would I. One wants to be a little careful about complaining too much about the weather just in case the weather gods are listening. I think they have a warped sense of humor. If we say it’s too cold, they’re sure to send us the other extreme and I’m not altogether sure one is better or worse than the other. It is growing tiresome bundling up like it’s still March, though.

These pansies really are a bright spot on such a dreary day. They’re not letting a little weather get the better of them.
