If you had a million

I’m curious. If someone gave you one million dollars with the instructions to use it to make the world a better place, how would you do it?

I’ve run across this question in one form or another before and the answers always fascinate me. For one thing, there are widely varying ideas of what makes a better world and there seem to be endlessly creative ways of accomplishing the task. The lad and I play this game from time to time. Anyway. What’s your plan?
