The lad has received a phone call from a certain young lady three nights running. She was an interest two years ago when she was 14. Her father, a very tall ex-Marine told the lad that his daughter won’t date until she’s 16—and pretty much scared the lad to death as they all met face to face at a football game.

Well. Two years have passed. And they aren’t talking about homework.
