I am sure that as soon as I am pain free, my resolve will be several notches lower than it is now. I think that’s the way humans are made. Right now anything and everything sounds wonderful because I can’t do anything. It’s so frustrating.
Yoga would actually be a good idea. Seems to me there are beginning yoga classes available through adult education here in town in the autumn and spring. I think they’re taught by one or a couple of the teachers from the yoga center. I will look into that this fall. That would be a fun thing to do. And a good way to get my toes in the water.

That’s funny.......the Abbie part, not the sore back part. Try Yoga to strengthen and stretch your muscles. Particularly the back ones. I need to get back to it, but when I was doing it, my back never felt so good and I was really getting flexible. Did myself a world of good. So why did I stop you ask? Laziness, plus I was the Operations Dir at a big fitness center so the membership was FREE! I also used to take a class that was part yoga and part Pilates and loved it. I do need to get back there.........
