Pablo asks the question I wanted to ask but was too shy to.
Mele Kalikimaka to all!
Hey, Merry Christmas! Thank you Pablo, Linkmeister. Are you both enjoying your day?
Becca is a lovely, lovely young woman with whom the lad has been bestest friends for a few years. They are such good friends they can even finish each other’s sentences. She is the first one he wants to see when he comes home and he is the first she wants to see. I look at them and wonder if they will ever see what I see. But, just bestest friends and they are happy with it.
Happy Solstice and the rest of those greetings, to you and the lad.
In the last two days we have had two different sorts of extremely unusual Seattle weather. Christmas Eve was a gloriously clear and sunny day, with the surrounding mountains standing in sharp relief against the blue sky. Today, it’s snowing. Enough to stick on rooftops, cars, and grass, and even beginning to leave its mark on the sidewalks and streets.
Imagine that ... a semi-white Christmas in Seattle!
Snow in Seattle? Wow, that is a bit different. I’ll bet there were a lot of excited people. What a perfect day for it. You’ve been getting a lot of storms out there lately. Has it been snowing in the mountains? The snow pack should be pretty decent this year, if the storms keep rolling in the way they have been. That would make an awful lot of people happy.

Did I miss something? When did Becca enter the equation?
Best wishes and warm regards, all the way from Kansas City!
