That would do it. Maybe even the Senate, too!
Maybe GW was mocking a protester.
Maybe he had just learned that Paraguay threatened to add a very special exception clause to its extradition policy if he moves into his brand new ranch.
Whatever the case, he doesn’t look like a very happy man.
