Cider Press Hill

Blizzard?

There is not a cloud in the sky this morning. The brightest blue sky I’ve seen in weeks. But we’re now under a blizzard watch. It’s hard to imagine! However, the birds have gobbled up everything in the bird feeders this morning as if there will be no tomorrow. Probably won’t be in terms of food foraging for them. All their aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends arrived by the dozens this morning. Birds are good barometers. We’ll follow their lead and haul in a good supply of wood this morning so that we won’t have to dig down through snow drifts to get to it for a few days. We still don’t need any bread or milk, though.
