Cider Press Hill

Sleeping well these days?

I can understand the lure, for corporations, of breaking into international markets. I really can. But Yahoo is one of those that shut off one part of its brain to scoop up the dough in China. The part of the brain that governs integrity and championing human rights. I’m sure that the excitement of expanding business must be a heady thing, but it also must be a drag to have to go to bed at night knowing that you’ve walled yourself off from doing right in order to rake in the dough. And, as a result, good people end up persecuted and prosecuted. Is it worth it Yahoo? I guess it must be. All that glorious money must make it palatable. Doesn’t speak well of them, though, does it?
