You know, I can understand how these things happen when ordering through the drive-up squawk box. But I was standing in the store, right in front of the guy, looking him in the eye as I told him what I wanted. And he repeated what I said to make sure he got it right. His mind must have been on autopilot and Regular is obviously called Regular for a reason around here. I don’t think I’d have the heart to try dealing with WHOLE Milk on top of NO SUGAR. 
I am SO trying to wean myself off DD. Sugar in my coffee is a good way to do it.
LOL. It just so happens that I am sipping a DD latte as I type. I ordered a med, with equal. I got equal but, the dang thing is only half full! So I paid for a med but got a small! I freaking hate that. I could understand if the foam was to the top but, it is only about 3/4 to the top! I hate DD. Go Starbucks! LOL. Well heck, what should I expect, they can’t even leave sugar out when asked!

It’s kind of pathetic that our coffee choices are pretty much limited to Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks. We need a coffee revolution around here. Like Seattle which has the most and the best coffee ever. You have not had a life changing latte until you’ve had one from Lighthouse Roasters!

HA! I go through it all the time cause I ask for NO sugar as well, however, I further complicate things by asking for milk instead of cream. Milk as in whole - no, I don’t want skim, no, I don’t want half and half, NO, I WANT MILK and if you don’t mind, make it on the light side. NO, I don’t mean SKIM milk, I mean coffee, no sugar, but with whole milk--an extra squirt please. I usually end up with cream and sugar.............;(
