Day Three
I began hauling trash bags outside yesterday afternoon. My neighbor happened to be out on his deck and hollered over, with a startled expression, “Are you moving?!”
That should give you an idea of the volume I’m carting out of the house.
No, I’m not moving yet. Let’s just call this the pre-move weed out. If I do it now, I won’t have to do it later.
Today is the last push before trash collection tomorrow. I want to make sure the trash guys have a lot to do when they stop out in front of my house.
There are even two silk-leaf trees out there. Kind of an incongruous sight in the middle of winter. They are The Worst dust catchers I have ever seen. They look pretty in the store, but trying to keep them dusted is more work than they are worth. Anything that takes up my space can’t require that much effort. Real plants like taking showers. Silk plants don’t.
Anyway. Back to it. Lot’s to do today.
