Finished!

Christmas intrigue is thick in this house today. I spent the better part of the day finishing up the shopping and dragging stuff in the house to hide in my secret hiding spots. The Dad and I have had several confabs over the past couple of days and the sound of hair being torn out of our respective heads was audible from here to California. He was beginning to panic and I wasn’t far behind. With two lads who are easy to shop for and one who isn’t, there was a literal whine in his voice over what the heck to do for the lone hold out that would be neither less nor more than what the other two receive. After much discussion we finally hit upon a plan. And all will become clear in due course. I think the panic attacks have now subsided as well as the tearing out of hair. Lordy, what a week this has been already. And it’s only Tuesday!
