Cider Press Hill

Snow day, kinda

Well...um...school was canceled. But the funniest thing—not a flake of snow has fallen out of the sky. Nothing. Nearly every school district in the state is closed, so they must know something I don’t know yet. I keep peering out the window expecting a sudden white out, but nope. Still nothing. We’re always the last to close and this morning was no different. But we never close unless there is at least a half foot of snow on the ground with the promise of a lot more. I’m simply amazed.

The lad will be wicked excited when he wakes up—after his initial panic that he overslept (I turned his alarm off).

Heh. A snow day with no snow. How cool.
