The house probably won’t go anywhere, but I’m not so sure about all that dirt they trucked in. I hope they know what they’re doing. The thing that concerns me though is that the water run-off during a storm is usually pretty significant. The way the hill was cut before dispersed it fairly evenly. I don’t think that was by accident. Now? It seems to be aiming at my back yard. Not thrilled.

Yikes.......maybe you should take lots of pictures for your own files in case there should be a problem.....take pictures of your backyard as it exists, pictures of the overhang from their yard, of your dry basement, everything you can think of to document the way things are NOW just to be on the safe side.....who knows--you might never need proof but then again, you might. And maybe your neighbors should too… After all, this house could even end up in your backyard!!
