Now that was indeed a perfect day!
Being able to make lattes at home? Whoa, now that’s a little bit of heaven!
What a lovely greeting, Linkmeister. If I were to choose a language to two that were most beautiful to the ear, it would be Hawaiian or Portuguese.
First I have to learn how to use the machine, Eleanor, and this is one that’s a bit like rocket science. I’ve had to suspend all normal thoughts of how coffee is supposed to be made and start over. The machine even makes regular coffee, but in a most irregular way. I won’t be able to do this without holding the manual in one hand while trying to operate the machine with the other, for a while. It’s a wee bit complicated for the beginner. Mainly because there’s a lot of pressurized steam in it and one wrong move will have me poached to perfect doneness in an eye blink.
