Well, yes, they are tiny. But it’s the thought that counts. I’d be rather startled to receive a set of these in the mail, if I was a Congress critter. I don’t even think anything else would have to accompany the gift. Speaks for itself.

Of course, in this day and age, sending such a thoughtful gift could probably get one sent to Gitmo.
