Amazing things

While spring may not be in the air just yet, it shows signs of happening in my car. I had to go out a short while ago and, since it’s only in the lower 20s outside, I bundled up. When I opened my car door, a wave of heat rolled out and hit me. I had to take my jacket off in the car. It was that hot in there. The sun has come that much closer, even in the last week, to really put out some heat now. This is good news and the kind that I’ll cling to as we prepare for another snow storm. Not a big one, but bigger than I’d like to see. Especially since I figure it’ll hit just about the time I’m supposed to head out to pick up the lad.

In other amazing news, I stopped at Dunkin Donuts while I was out and realized that it has been a week since I’d been there last. For anyone who knows me, a week between visits might almost be enough to make them think the earth had come off its axis.
