I should think of something else to do on vacation, but cleaning gives me such a sense of satisfaction. When it’s finished. My kitchen sparkles. Whoo!

The lad called from San Juan last night. They arrived safely. He did say, however, that if I want him back, he’d be most appreciative if I’d FedEx his passport to him. Getting out of the country is pretty easy. Getting back in is another matter. So, once he gets to where he’s going today, he’ll either email or call in the address. Is FedExing a passport safe? It would open up a whole other world of difficulty if the thing got misdirected or lost since his birth certificate is at his Dad’s house. Of all things, the passport should be the last item to forget. I can’t believe we did that.
